Common questions

How do I get my mold identification?

Open MoldScan, point your camera at the affected surface in good light, and tap to scan. A first look at the likely mold type is free.

What's included in Premium?

Unlimited mold identifications, full risk & remediation reports, health-risk guidance for every mold type, and your complete saved scan history.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → MoldScan to change or cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

How do I restore a purchase?

On a new device or after reinstalling, open MoldScan's paywall and tap Restore, signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Is my data private?

Yes — your photos are processed only to create your mold report and are never stored on our servers or used to train models. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?

Your results live on your device. Delete them in-app or uninstall MoldScan to remove them. For anything else, email us.
